Important Updates to the Dropbox Data and Challenges

• Dropbox data containing the sorted observed trajectory files has been corrected to account for discrepancies that were found between the png and tsv files. The new folder containing the new sorted files is called Sorted_v2.
• Sample maneuver data in the Dropbox previously contained the head, pitch, and roll swapped which has been corrected. 
• Sorties in the observed trajectory data have been labeled as 'stopped' or 'teleported' based on the data attributes by the USAFA team working on the project. 
• We are working on a paper that will be submitted to IITSEC in late June that will include starting code and more details about the challenges.
